Electric Panel

If I have a thicker wall due to an electric panel on the wall- does it get classified as a separate area? If yes- FSA?

If the electrical panel wall thickness can be accurately measured and it is known to serve only the tenants of a particular floor then Floor Service Area is an appropriate space classification.
