EGA/CGA for covered parkings

In the case of an enclosed parking (above ground) with 4 levels and no other levels on top of it, should the 4th level of the parking, the one without any roof, be included in the calculation of EGA/CGA? This level has a few mechanical rooms too, I guess that we must included those no matter?

Dominic,

Yes, the entire top floor of structured parking should be included in both EGA and CGA calculations, even if it is uncovered. See the definition and discussion for "Floor" on Page 9 which reads:

"Floors exclude the roof of a building except for parking, roof terraces and similar uses wherein the roof level is customarily used in a like manner as lower levels"
