Common corridor access to rooftop amenity spaces

I'm working on a building that has a roof deck shared by all of the tenants. There is a common corridor on the floor below (the top floor of the building) that serves both the tenants of that floor as well as provides access to the stairwell that leads to the rooftop terrace. Would this corridor be considered Building Service, Floor Service or Building Amenity area?

Hi Peter,

You should consider which tenants the corridor primarily serves and allocated it appropriately. I believe most likely this is floor Service Area as the corridor would probably exist and would be required regardless of whether it provided access to a rooftop terrace or not.

Thanks,
